Meet Chef Lisa

Hi, I’m Lisa Cifelli, the owner and chef of Dinner In A Snap LLC. I’m a graduate of the United States Personal Chef Institute and a Premiere Member of the United States Personal Chef Association and ServSafe® certified. I am also a member and Vice President of the South Jersey Chapter of Personal Chefs.

Having previously worked in the corporate world as a single professional, I understand that making time to fit in a healthy nutritious dinner isn’t always easy. My goal as a personal chef is to provide healthy, nutritious and delicious meals to busy people.

The service I provide is a result of my commitment to my clients. When I walk into your home, you can be comfortable that I will prepare delicious food that will be made with love.

(My favorite way to describe Lisa’s cooking!) I have two children who can be picky eaters and Lisa will customize meals for both the kids and us so that we can all enjoy the meal. For example, Lisa prepares orzo with spinach and Asiago cheese for us and she will make the kids plain orzo with butter. It works great so everybody is happy. And every time I think that Lisa can’t possibly come up with any more new dishes . . . she does, so we never get bored! With both my husband and I working full time, Lisa’s meals have been a great way to enjoy delicious home cooking without the work and clean-up. We love it.”
